If you would like to discover a wine maison like no other, we would be happy to welcome you, Monday through Saturday at 10,30am or 3pm. We will guide you through our underground cellars, where we will share our “winemaking secrets” with you. You will be able to follow the processing of the grapes, step by step, from the initial pressing of the clusters, to the fermentation and finally to the secondary in-bottle fermentation. The tasting room will be at your service, and you will enjoy a tasting of a selection of Franciacortas, guided by our staff.
You may select from these tasting options:
- DISCOVERY: open the senses to the Ronco Calino universe by tasting two iconic Franciacortas: Brut and Satèn or Brut and Rosé Radijan (17 euros per person)
- KNOWLEDGE: immerse yourself in the multi-sensory evolution of Franciacorta over time, by tasting Brut and Brut Millesimato (20 euros per person)
- IN-NERO: lovers of Pinot Noir, one of the most intriguing grape varieties, will savour three cuvées, enjoying a crescendo of this magnificent grape: Brut, Brut Millesimato, and Rosé Radijan (25 euros per person)
If you want to turn your tasting into a real lunch, the most creative chefs from Franciacorta will make smart - unusual or traditional according to your taste - pairings. Ask us for a quotation.
Our guided tours last an hour and a half, a minimum number of 4 participants is required.
Minors may attend free, but they cannot taste.
The wines are accompanied by artisanal grissini and wedges of organically-produced Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
The temperature in the underground cellar is 13°C, and so we advise suitable clothing
Pets are welcome, but they cannot be taken with you on the guided tour.
