September 11-12: In Croissanteria Lab arrives

Don't be fooled by the name: after more than twenty years of history and experimentation, In Croissanteria Lab has a solution for all tastes, from breakfast to dinner. 

And for the Franciacorta Festival, the creative laboratory of Carobbio degli Angeli, which won the "Re Panettone" competition for the third time in 2020 with the leavened product of patron Italo Vezzoli, arrives at the edge of the vineyard with a "savory" proposal. 

The protagonist on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September will be the lobster roll, Lab's iconic dish. The lobster sandwich “made in the USA”, served with grilled corn and hand-cut potatoes, will meet two vintages of Franciacorta Brut Nature in big format.


The event, preceded by the guided tour of the cellars, will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., in time slots with limited access and in compliance with anti-Covid regulations:

10.30-12; 12-13; 13-14; 14-15.30; 15.30-17; 17-18; 18-19.
